In most cases, we ship orders the same time that they are ordered if the order is placed before 2PM CST. After this time, the order will be shipped the following day, excluding Sundays and Federal Holidays (the USPS is closed on those days).
Orders under 13 oz will usually ship USPS First Class Mail (2-5 day arrival times) with a tracking number, Orders over 13 oz will typically ship USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day arrival times) with a tracking number. These shipping times are an estimates based on our experience and are not guaranteed.
We only ship to US locations where Kratom is legal and no card transactions are allowed for international shipping.
Once your package is in USPS possession of your package, there is nothing I can do about delivery times or many other issues. I cannot be responsible for lost packages, stolen packages or damaged packages. If you would like to add insurance let me know, and pay for the added security.
